Rental Period:

The equipment maybe picked up after 2:00 PM the day prior to your rental period when possible. Returns must be made by 11:00 AM on the day following your rental. Equipment returned after 11:00AM is subject to additional day rental charge unless other arrangements have been made. Equipment picked up on Friday after 2:00PM and brought back on Monday by 11:00 AM is charged the weekend rate.

Rental Requirements:

The renter must provide a valid certificate of insurance prior to the rental period or place a deposit equal to the replacement value of the equipment being rented.

The certificate needs to list Digital Video Development as additional loss payee, indicate deductable and coverage period.

Rental maybe subject to a security deposit for the amount of the insurance deductible. All security deposits will be returned after equipment has been returned and inspected, and found in the same condition as when taken. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged accordingly.

OR

A deposit equal to the replacement value of the equipment being rented in lieu of insurance is acceptable. This can be charged to a credit card or paid by cashiers check.
